Terms of service.
Payment
For all bookings a deposit of 50% is required, we give you 5 days from the time the invoice is sent to pay this 50% if the invoice has not been sent then all props and decor rented will become available for others to rent and your event time and date will no longer be reserved for you. The other 50% of the invoice is required to be paid off 2 weeks prior to your event.
Booking
We require all events to be booked at least 12 weeks in advance, as this gives us the time to customize and create all decor for your event.
Refunds & Cancelations
Your deposit is non-refundable, this is what we use to buy all supplies to create your event props. We start building as soon as your deposit is paid to ensure everything is perfect for your event date.
The only time a refund will be issued is in case of an emergency on our end that leads to us having to cancel your event.
The final invoice once paid is also non-refundable, we do allow cancelations any time before the final payment with no added fees.
Damages & Safety
Any and all damages caused will require a damage fee, this fee varies based on the extent of the damage caused.
Remember these products are strictly for decoration purposes, they are not toys DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM. If any injury is to occur this does not fall on MTK Events. Please be mindful that our rentals are made purely out of wood, they are heavy. This meaning that if they are played with and fall it could lead to injury.
